Peligro Potencial (Día Internacional de los Asteroides)(ESP/ENG)

Hola queridos lectores, curadores y comunidad en general, hoy celebramos un día para tomar conciencia sobre el potencial de los Asteroides.

Hello dear readers, healers and the community at large, today we celebrate a day to become aware of the potential of Asteroids.

Desde hace muy pocos años se declaró este día como Día Internacional de los Asteroides para conmemorar la fecha del impacto mas grande registrado en el planeta que ocurrió en 1908. Se sabe que existe una gran cantidad de asteroides que circulan muy cerca de nuestro planeta y siempre existe el miedo a la posible caída de uno de ellos al planeta tierra.
Hace muchos años se conoce que la extinción de los dinosaurios fue causada por el impacto de uno de estos objetos con la tierra y los estudios demuestran que existe la posibilidad de que algún evento parecido pueda volver a ocurrir.
Por lo tanto toma mucha importancia el poder estar informados sobre los estudios que se realizan cada día en relación a este tema.

For a very few years, this day was declared as International Asteroid Day to commemorate the date of the largest recorded impact on the planet that occurred in 1908. It is known that there are a large number of asteroids that circulate very close to our planet and always there is fear of the possible fall of one of them to planet earth.
Many years ago it was known that the extinction of the dinosaurs was caused by the impact of one of these objects with the earth and studies show that there is the possibility that a similar event could happen again.
Therefore, it is very important to be informed about the studies that are carried out every day in relation to this topic.

Como he dicho anteriormente el suceso de 1908 ha sido el mas grande registrado por la humanidad pero en esta lista se muestran una serie de cráteres del planeta que se acreditan a impacto de asteroides por lo que podemos ver que han ocurrido muchos mas impacto de los que imaginamos o conocemos.

As I have previously said, the event of 1908 has been the largest recorded by humanity, but this list shows a series of craters on the planet that are credited to asteroid impact, so we can see that many more impacts have occurred than those that we imagine or know.

Aunque parezca algo futurista, los científicos ya han estudiado las posibilidades de la destrucción en el espacio de algún cuerpo que tenga dirección de la tierra si es necesario pues se toman muy enserio las posibilidades de que esto ocurra.

Para el año 2029 esta esperado que un asteroide llamado Apofis, descubierto en el 2004, uno de los mas grandes que se ha acercado al planeta y con una probabilidad del 2.7% de que pueda causar daños al planeta. Es uno de los principales miedos de las personas que se dedican al estudios de estos fenómenos pero esperan que la tierra pueda estar preparada ante cualquier inconveniente.

Although it seems somewhat futuristic, scientists have already studied the possibilities of destruction in space of any body that has direction of the earth if necessary because they take very seriously the possibilities of this happening.
By 2029, an asteroid named Apophis, discovered in 2004, is expected to be one of the largest to have ever come close to the planet, with a 2.7% chance that it could cause damage to the planet. It is one of the main fears of people who are dedicated to the study of these phenomena but hope that the earth can be prepared for any inconvenience.
