Esas frases que repite la gente cuando aseguran que ya estás viejo, que tu cuerpo ya no puede hacer lo que hacía antes, que es mejor que te dediques a otra cosa o que simplemente no es posible, son las mismas que hoy quiero derribar. Con dedicación, con disciplina y con determinación se puede conseguir cualquier cosa. Si yo, a mi edad, puedo lograr dinámicos y trucos que se realizan en el área de la calistenia, ustedes en cualquier deporte, sin importar la edad, también podrán alcanzar lo que deseen.
Por ello espero que estas palabras les inspiren, que estas imágenes los motiven y que así como yo he superado cada día la barrera de la edad, ustedes también se convenzan de que es posible. Aunque el camino siempre sea difícil, siempre debemos intentar dar un paso, ya que siempre se puede, porque todo es cuestión de tomar la decisión. Así que los invito a que tomen esa decisión, a que se unan al deporte y a que también me sigan, para que yo pueda seguir compartiendo este contenido con ustedes y con toda persona que lo necesite.
