Hello, lovely Hivers in the community! I hope you're all well and safe.
I just want to share a heartwarming story about my daughter, Yashfeen, and her adorable best friend, Apple. These two little girls have only known each other for a few months, yet it feels like they’ve been best friends forever. They are classmates in their day care center, and from the very first day they met, they instantly clicked!
I still remember that first day so vividly. During lunch, Apple joined us because Yashfeen didn’t want her to go home yet. Since then, they’ve been almost inseparable. It’s amazing how children can form such genuine and pure bonds so quickly.
What’s even more heartwarming is how close they’ve become outside of school. Apple lives just across the street from the day care, so whenever she’s not around, Yashfeen will stand outside and call her name out loud, hoping she’ll come out to play, haha.
Sometimes, Apple would accompany Yashfeen to their house after class. I usually find out only when my little girl comes home with a lollipop in her mouth, smiling from ear to ear! Those small gestures like sharing snacks and laughterare what make childhood friendships so precious.
Most of their photos together were actually taken by them! Yashfeen sometimes borrows my phone after class, and the next thing I know, she’s at Apple’s house having a “mini photoshoot.”
They take turns posing and clicking photos of each other like little pros. Seeing their photos always makes me smile. It's such a carefree joy and innocence captured in every frame.
It’s a beautiful reminder that friendship knows no age. Even at such a young age, kids can show us what it means to genuinely connect, care, and enjoy each other’s company.
I’m truly happy that Yashfeen has found a sweet friend like Apple. Their laughter and bond bring so much warmth not only to them but to everyone around.
That's all for today. Thanks for reading this far. Til my next post!
