André Fort was indicted on Thursday for non-denunciation of pedophile acts. The alleged victims accuse him of not having denounced the pedophile acts of Father Pierre de Castelet, even though he had been informed personally in 2010.
Several years after being informed by an alleged victim of sexual touching by a priest in his diocese, the former Bishop of Orléans, André Fort, who held this position from 2002 to 2010, Examination this Thursday morning by an investigating judge following a decision of the Orléans investigation chamber.
Three alleged victims have joined the case. They accuse him of not having denounced pedophile acts of the abbot Pierre de Castelet, put in examination in 2012 after a report by the current Bishop of Orléans, Bishop Jacques Blaquart.
