The courgette
The zucchini is a very rich vegetable and it can be said that it is consumed all over the world since with it you can prepare infinities of delicious recipes. Also the zucchini is known as zucchini and its botanical name is (cucurbita pepo), and it is said that it may be native to America or Asia. This plant is of form with thick and cylindrical stem, also has very large leaves and a nice bell-shaped yellow flowers, are very striking. This plant is like cucumber has certain resemblance and to cultivate it is also almost the same process that we do to cucumber. The good thing about planting this vegetable is that it is also very easy and it can be harvested quickly and I have the steps for planting.
Planting process
This process to plant zucchini is easy and as I said it is similar to cucumber. But there are 2 methods of transplanting or from scratch with the seeds, now if you plan to do it with the seeds you have to wash them and let them dry in the open air where they stick light and leave them 4 to 6 weeks before sowing or simply buying the seeds, also if you do not want to wait so long for germination you can buy the plant and transplant it at once. But I'm going to explain all the steps for its germination and to transplant it.
First we sow seeds in disposable cups, recyclable put 4 seeds in each glass made land and fertilizer, and very well watered and let germinate for about 2 to 3 weeks.
Being already germinated we can see the small plant that sprouts we go to the next step of transplantarla.
For the transplant we go to the place where we want to plant it and the first thing is to prepare the soil it has to be loose and with a good drainage, with the soil of the cucumber.
I dig a few big holes and inside the hole we add humus of wormwood that you can make yourself and mix it with the earth and then we take out the zucchini plant with all the earth taking care not to break it and put it in the hole and start to cover, cover it until the cotyledons of the plant.

Then we tighten the earth with care and need a well watered always teirra must be wet, without puddles but always wet remember that. In addition the land of the zucchini always has to be very well fed with nutrients, we must add compost so that it can live and develop.
Where you go to plant it has to be a place where the sun hits directly, since the courgette likes the sun a lot, it does not support frost or cold weather. So for that reason after finishing the transplant we put some recyclable pots of water of 5 liters this is to create a greenhouse so the plant will grow faster and be in heat as she likes. This is done if the seasons are not a bit normal and when it is normalized and it is in the summer season it has to remove the pots because we can burn the leaves.

This is all you need to know is easy and then you will see the fruits of courgette leave and you can harvest them quickly. There are also varieties of zucchini that can be planted in cold climates but the best known and most consumed in the world is the cucurbita zuccini pepo the basico and it has a warm climate and a lot of sun.
