Yesterday was a busy day. Despite the nasty rainy weather we have been having here in the Ozarks we were able to keep our new drywall sheets dry. Most of our insulation has been put in so it was time for the drywall to go up. We now have new walls finally. Here is what the inside looks like now. The pic above is the kitchen/living room before being mudded (excuse the mess).

The Bathroom. We used green mold resistant drywall for the wall in here. That space on the floor in the bottom left hand corner is where the bathtub will go.
It is getting exciting now! Our place is starting to feel like a home. It has really come a long way. You can view my old house blog posts below here so you can see our progress from the last 6 months now. Seriously has it been that long already??? Feels like forever but it will be worth it in the end. PATIENCE! If all goes as planned now we should be able to move in within a month or so. All we have left is the roof, water, and septic. Those blogs will be posted when that time comes.
