Hoy entrevistamos a 
Uno de sus logros es ser moderadora de la comunidad Voto Venezuela, acá desempeñó un rol muy importante que ha marcado un antes y un después en su vida dentro de la plataforma. Leamos con atención sus respuestas, seguro encontraremos algunos consejos que nos serán de mucha utilidad.
Hiver:
1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, etc.)
"¿Quién soy? Detrás de la pantalla de nuestra colmena, diamante rojo. Primero que nada, agradecida por el apoyo. Y bueno, a través de las pantallas, por supuesto, mayormente ya me conocen poéticamente. Y artísticamente, como las manualidades de la bisutería, que son mis dos hobbies, y escritura.
2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión?
Llegué el año 2020 cuando Mayvillero leyó una de mis publicaciones en la antigua plataforma y así me dijo el cambio de cadena.
De hecho mi primera impresión no era para tanto, encontré todo lo se desconocía y navegar sola. No era para mí más que un simple blog.
3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive?
Que el algoritmo no te sigue y eso hace algo muy chévere porque puedes tranquilamente buscar lo que deseas sin preocupación a que al día siguiente te persigan los mismos temas. Puedes tener comunidad, conocer un poquito más de cosas que jamás imaginaste encontrar. Pues creo que también una de las diferencias que tenemos es que somos públicos y no podemos tener algo de privacidad. Eso tiene sus contras y sus buenas también. Así que bueno.
4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería?
Constancia y paciencia.
5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué?
Literatos, Midnigth latter para la escritura.
Para cosas de chicas en Hive'sredcarpet.
Para la bisutería Jelwery y Espavlog.

6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora?
"Mi mayor cosa con la plataforma es haber asistido a eventos grandes, en los cuales he sido un poco reservada. Y ver que todos compartimos la misma visión, la gran experiencia, como también ha sido ser moderadora de Voto Venezuela, ayudante y suplente
7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios?
Lo más difícil siempre han sido las etiquetas, hasta el sol de hoy todavía, y el maquetado, aunque eso ya lo domino. También ha sido difícil encontrar comunidades que se adapten a ti, en la cual tú debes adaptarte a las comunidades.
8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive?
Son muchos los altibajos, como muy pocos los altos. Muchas veces he decidido más bien dejar la plataforma; sin embargo, estamos aquí para hacer de nuestras habilidades algo productivo y verlo trabajar. Entonces, realmente espero que todo sea para bien y no para mal.
9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando?
Que no vea Hive como un recurso económico.
Que tenga constancia pero sobre todo que haga las cosas con amor y paciencia.
Que no se límite a encontrar su lugar.
10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo?
Conchale para mi Hive es mi libro abierto y la verdad no invito a nadie 😂.
Es como dejarlo leer mi diario...
Pero si tocara tiene que saber que si tiene una meta clara la constancia te ayudará.
11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? Si es así, ¿qué tal ha sido?
Mi experiencia directa con Hispapro fue ser su participante fiel en las curaciones desde 2021, donde ni celular tenía para escuchar y aún así me dejaron.

Today we’re interviewing
One of her achievements is serving as a moderator for the Voto Venezuela community, where she played a very important role that marked a turning point in her life on the platform. Let’s read her answers carefully; we’re sure to find some advice that will be very useful to us.
Hiver:
1. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Job, hobbies, where you're from, etc.)
"Who am I? Behind the screen of our hive, red diamond. First of all, I’m grateful for the support. And well, through the screens, of course, most of you already know me poetically. And artistically, through jewelry-making, which are my two hobbies, and writing.
2. How did you come to Hive, and what was your first impression?
I arrived in 2020 when Mayvillero read one of my posts on the old platform and told me about the switch.
Actually, my first impression wasn’t that great—I found everything unfamiliar and had to figure it out on my own. To me, it was nothing more than a simple blog.
3. What do you see as the biggest difference between conventional social media platforms (like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social media within Hive?
The algorithm doesn’t track you, and that’s really cool because you can freely search for whatever you want without worrying that you’ll be bombarded with the same topics the next day. You can be part of a community and learn a little more about things you never imagined you’d find. Well, I think another difference is that we’re public and can’t have any privacy. That has its downsides and its upsides too. So, yeah.
4. If you had to define Hive in a single sentence, what would it be?
Perseverance and patience.
5. Which communities do you usually post in or interact with most often, and why?
Literatos and Midnight Latter for writing.

For jewelry on Jewelry and Espavlog.

6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience on Hive so far?
"My biggest thing with the platform has been attending big events, where I’ve been a bit reserved. And seeing that we all share the same vision and great experience, as well as being a moderator for Voto Venezuela, an assistant, and a substitute."
7. What was the hardest thing to learn when you first started?
The hardest part has always been tags—even to this day—and layout, although I’ve got that down now. It’s also been difficult to find communities that suit you, since you have to adapt to the communities.
8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem?
There are many downs, and very few ups. Many times I’ve decided to just leave the platform; however, we’re here to turn our skills into something productive and see it work. So, I really hope everything turns out for the best and not for the worst.
9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who’s just getting started?
Don’t view Hive as a source of income.
Be consistent, but above all, do things with love and patience.
Don’t limit yourself to just finding your place.
10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend to get them to join the platform, what would you say to convince them?
Honestly, for me, Hive is my open book, and I don’t really invite anyone 😂.
It’s like letting them read my diary...
But if it ever comes up, they should know that if you have a clear goal, consistency will help.
11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how was it?
My direct experience with Hispapro was being a loyal participant in the curations since 2021, when I didn’t even have a cell phone to listen in, and they still let me join.
