A new week is ahead of us and that means that we'll be talking about last week for a bit, before we continue with this week. Last Monday, 7 days ago, I wrote this:
First Day Of The Week. Time For Analysing And New Milestones, and that's the first weekly report I wrote. As I personally love to keep track on certain things and have milestones and goals, my aim is to continue with weekly reports like this in the future too.
The Goals I Had:
Last week I was talking about goals and how I set my milestones. I also talked about my followers and how many new followers I get on a daily basis. These things are very important to me, as this will also allow me to analyze things on a weekly basis, which would give me enough time to change my approach if I start to struggle to reach any of milestones I set.
I set kind of "vague" milestones because I prefer to have room for improvement. In this case, I'll be satisfied if any of my numbers goes up. How much is not as important as the fact that they're going up.
A decline in numbers is not something I strive for, but I would also be okay if I have a decline in numbers by next week. - As long as I am satisfied with the things I do, everything will be alright in the end.
Take the 12,5 new followers on a daily basis for instance. That's the average number of new followers I have. If I get only 5 new followers during this entire week, I'm satisfied with the results because it would be more followers in total compared to this week. My numbers would've gone up, even though it's still a decline in the daily average.
We could also see that I had 2127 followers in total 7 days ago.
2232 Followers!
During the time I write this, we can see that I have a total of 2232 followers. As I am a person who likes to divide and calculate things to see the average results, we can see that I have gained 105 followers in 7 days.
2232 - 2127 = 105.
So to get my daily average, we'll take 105 / 7, and that'll give us the daily average of: 15
Within the report from last week, I wrote that I got 12.5 new followers on a daily basis, so I have been able to increase my results with 2.5 in total per day during each day last week, and that is truly amazing and something I am very proud to achieve.

I have been keeping track of the people I chose and all of them have continued to contribute in a good way since I announced that I will start to delegate and I am certain of the fact that they will continue to do great things.
This Will Be Another Awesome Week!
My new goals and milestones are as always to grow my own following, but this week will be more about my delegations and the people I will delegate too. I'm looking forward to see what these people will be able to do, even though they will get just a tiny amount of extra SP. However, we all must start with something, and as long as this goes in the right direction, I will continue to delegate SP along with my own growth. Another goal for this week is to reward people with more than I've done in the past, due to the fact that I've been able to recover a great deal of VP these last couple of days. But, that's things I'll include in another report, so we'll have to wait and see.
