When you are broke, you think that it is money that is the most important thing in this world. when you are single, you want to get married as soon as you can. when you are twelve, you just can't wait to be thirteen so you could be called a teenager and even a teenager sees the postcard saying not to be sold to a person under the age of eighteen and think, "I can't wait to be 18, or so, I won't be called a teenager anymore." Humans are supposed to also appreciate what we've already got in pursuit of what we want and also protect what we've already have. Think about a boxer or an athlete, a good man, honorable and hardworking, who spend decades in his life chasing victory fueled with caffeine and relentless efforts in pursuit of memories, events and celebration days. at age 50, he would have gotten to a stardom, a place of long honor. Bank account filled with enough money that could set his family up with whatever business they might want to start in their young ages and a lot of medals, international recognitions and portfolios that show that he can get the deal done. One beautiful day, he might be having a fun day, maybe watching what he likes to do, or watching heavyweight boxing somewhere and all of a sudden, he collapses due to neglected health and body that has been overused over decades. It feels different, just like a prison, because the body and the mind that has won the victory can no longer celebrate the victory because the body is now laying on the bed seeking for attention from a doctor or not even responding to treatment at all.
Conversely, another boxer prioritizes the content of every meal, refuse to take alcohol, refuses to take caffein, still work out at fifty and won't give up on personal hygiene, but struggles with his finance. Sometimes, unwillingly, he has to choose between going for medical check or paying his mortgages, but not too bad, so he can still get-by every month. Considerably, one of the two factors seems to be independent of the other because, because money doesn't really care if you are healthy or not. Maybe you undergo regular checkup or not, but they are not separable. Well, it would be an ideal for a person to say that he is healthy without being in a good financial shape. In reality, it seems to be very impossible because the component of good health includes access to good nutritious food, a good environment that would protect your mental health from unnecessary stress and quality health care system.
It has been scientifically proven that decision making that to make good decisions and how human being function. Fundamentally, good wealth is a result of high execution of excellently made decisions which makes wealth to be dependent on good health. this explains that financial wellbeing is not totally independent of good health. if the aim of a person is to enjoy life, money is the means while the body with good health is the part that benefits value of the means. Without good health, the body can't really enjoy the benefit of the means.
If the aim of a person is to achieve a goal and fulfill purpose, money is a means and the body is the part that get the rewards that comes after the fulfillment of purpose. so, good health is also important. I believe that good health is never a profit attached to having a good financial shape and financial stability is not a reward for having a good health, so, it is important if I take care of my health intentionally, while executing good plans, taking reasonable and calculated risks with sharp mind.
