Hello everyone i hope you had a wonderful day. I didnt do to well on my steps today i only got about 4k. I think something bit me on my right foot and it was all swollen up so it hurt to do to much walking! I ended up leaving work a few hours early too. Hopefully with me keeping it elavated and iced up it will be better tomorrow.
