The RCRT Benevolent Fund [ENG/PL]

All our lessons for Ukrainian refugees take place at the Kingdom (Hive account@krolestwo) in Kraków. It is probably the only place in the world to have implemented blockchain so extensively. We use Hive for voting, we publish our daily reports here, thanks to H-E we have even our own token called "Transfer Rycar" (RCRT). For RCRT you can always get something to drink or rent a room. The token is grounded in reality. You can get it in two ways: for a donation or for volunteering for the Kingdom. In addition, we are giving 10 RCRT one time to each person who creates a Hive account and installs Hive Keychain.

Recently, thanks to the lessons, the Kingdom has been receiving a great many guests. All participants are encouraged to use the Hive. However, we still have more Ukrainians than Poles. In this situation, we decided to create the RCRT Benevolent Fund.

The Fund is based on RCRT tokens produced by the Hive account@rcrt account (5% of the staked tokens per year) and donations. At the moment there are 7270 RCRTs in the Hive account@hive.aid account (6K are staked, interest is 0.5% per week).

In the future, the Fund will reward a wide variety of volunteering. At the moment, however, it will be focused on two activities:

1. each person who speaks Polish (we still don't have enough of them) will receive 6 RCRT per lesson (for 6 RCRT you can get tea for 3 people)
2. every Ukrainian participant in the class who creates a Hive account and writes in Polish (an additional language exercise) will receive RCRT tokens for their posts.

We hope that the result of the creation of the Fund will be not only support for volunteering, but also the widespread use of the Hive blockchain.

How to support the fund?

1. send an RCRT to Hive account@hive.aid
2. send HBD to Hive account@fundacja with MEMO 'Hive aid' (1 HBD creates 2 RCRTs)

Hive account@fundacja is spending the HBD to develop the place, thus increasing the utility of the RCRT.

Wszystkie nasze lekcje dla ukraińskich uchodźców odbywają się w Królestwie (Hive account@krolestwo) w Krakowie. Królestwo prawdopodobnie jest jedynym miejscem na świecie, w którym w tak szerokim zakresie implementowało blockchain. Wykorzystujemy Hive do głosowań, tutaj publikujemy codzienne raporty, dzięki H-E mamy swój własny token - rycara transferowego (RCRT). Za RCRT można zawsze dostać coś do picia albo wynająć salę. Token ma więc pokrycie w rzeczywistości. Można go dostać na dwa sposoby: za darowiznę lub za wolontariat na rzecz Królestwa. Ponadto jednorazowo dajemy 10 RCRT każdej osobie, która założy sobie konto Hive i zainstaluje Hive Keychain.

Ostatnio dzięki lekcjom Królestwo odwiedza bardzo wiele gości. Wszystkich uczestników zachęcamy do korzystania z Hive. Wciąż jednak mamy więcej Ukraińców niż Polaków. W tej sytuacji postanowiliśmy stworzyć Fundusz Dobroczynny.

Podstawą funduszu są tokeny RCRT produkowane przez konto Hive account@rcrt (5% stakowanych tokenów rocznie) oraz darowizny. W tym momencie na rachunku Hive account@hive.aid jest 7270 RCRT (6K jest zastakowane, odsetki wynoszą 0,5% tygodniowo).

W przyszłości fundusz będzie wynagradzał bardzo różny wolontariat. W tym momencie jednak będą to dwie aktywności:

1. każda osoba mówiąca po polsku (wciąż mamy ich za mało) otrzyma 6 RCRT za lekcję (za 6 RCRT można dostać herbatę dla 3 osób)
2. każdy ukraiński uczestnik zajęć, który założy konto Hive i będzie publikował po polsku (dodatkowe ćwiczenie językowe) otrzyma za swoje posty tokeny RCRT.

Mamy nadzieję, że rezultatem powstania Funduszu będzie nie tylko wsparcie wolontariatu, ale również szerokie użycie blockchainu Hive.
