it was through Dr Myle Munroe's book, The spirit of leadership that I discovered this hard fact, why do you think God is referred to as King of kings and lord of lords, allow me take you through this, ....

you see, God is a very intentional God, he carefully consider and does everything for a specific reason, now imagine God creating a being in his image and likeness, that is both in and out if you ask me, and so the question is if such a mighty, wise, all knowing, omnipotent God created something out of his own self, do you think, what he create will in any form be less than him?, the Bible said it, "in his image and likeness he created them".
through that book I discovered that no human is less inferior or is any superior than the other we are all the same, it's all about the matter of SELF DISCOVERY, if any person truly comes to this point of realization of whose image and likeness he or she is made of, that's where it all begin, that knowing, that awareness and walking in the revelation of that light.
here's a thing
in his book Dr myles Munroe raised a question if every one is born to lead then who becomes the followers, if every one is king then who becomes the slaves, servant, who then handles all those odd jobs and do the hard works the answer is simple....
I was telling a colleague of mine at work: a young guy i presumed is in his teens, who i have come to work with and by experience he's better and I had to work closely with him, I told him in this life no body knows it completely, somehow life is design to balance off that way.
so there is something I know way better than you, I can be like a pro or legend in that aspect, meanwhile you're a total novice, on the other hand, there's something you know, there you're like a legend, a prodigy while I'm a complete novice,
Now in these areas of strength you're king in what you know best, I too on the other hand I'm a king with what I know best, so when I'm in my domain around my territory doing my thing, I flow with ease, I'm in my best form I feel good doing what I know how to do best, I'm a king in my domain, I can teach you from scratch what you don't know that knowledge i have is power to me, samething with you and everyone else, you're king, you're legend in your territory, in what you know how to do best, you're a leader or lord of your own craftsmanship, knowing exactly what to do and what not to do, that in it's self is the spirit of leadership, you're leading in that aspect.
imagine everyone with this revelation and insight about who they are, coming together and God sits on his throne and looking down at the works of his creation then he is truly King of all kings and lord of all lords, that statement isn't referring to some monarch in your village but rather to you as a king in your own rights, gift and talent to lead and explore the word right from your own corner.
