So recently I started working for my new boss, a very quietly sophisticated, well connected, super rich, talented lady who also happens to be the best cake artist that I've known thus far, that is just on the side, this lady is super nice and down to earth friendly, so now one will think, how come despite her level of wealth connections and Influence, still she's as normal as an ordinary human being ..
prio to these time I have also worked with a super, duper next To God kind of boss lady, who is like up, high and mighty, talks, shout, abuse, treat Staffs anyhow, the kind of feeling of "if you leave or i fired you, you're finished for life"
you see i've considered this impossible untill I met my current boss, it's so because having money in abundance beyond more than you need gives you an additional ego that is unstoppable, unapproachable, "the I can get anything I desire, do whatever I want" these feeling gives you wings, with that wings it's impossible to be nice and accommodating with others.
this is not a far story, it's one that I have been right in the middle and I can now correct myself, it's possible to have money and still be very nice and homely towards others....
i understand the place of having to guard your self cause human beings can be very funny, yet still you can create a healthy boundaries around yourself we call this principles, these principles houses our does and don't, likes and dislikes, love and hatred, turn on and turned offs, this one thing I have discovered with my new boss, she can be very nice, jovial and fun to be with yet still she's very principled everything must align to what she wants, these got me thinking tho, humans will ways be humans you just have to be yourself and create room too for others to grow along side you.
I love davido for one thing, he has a heart for the people and his music, there's a level of wealth you have instead of gathering more and more, you just want to see how many persons you can help raise, instead of talking down on them, humiliating them in one form or another just like peller did onetime with over 500 applicants for the job of a camera man with a salary range of 500k.
