Thanks so much for this inspiring post I did my wall squats yesterday and ate shredded broccoli with rice wine vinegar, molasses and salt with my dinner tonight. :)
It is refreshing to see strong and healthy women in the media. I also try to motivate others to improve themselves and this online community and am glad to see others.
Do you rock climb or run? I have two separate photographic blog entries with my thoughts, experiences and beginner's information. My most recent post was mostly a subjective reflection of what running means to me. It can be found here: https://steemit.com/fitness/@hmfoucault/running-is-idiotic-if-anyone-goes-out-at-a-suicidal-pace-i-ll-probably-sit-back I would love to hear your thoughts on either of these hobbies of mine and many many more posts about your own fitness regime.
I had a soup I call "green goop" made of whole tomatillos, sliced bok choy, diced green onions, and shredded spinach simmered in miso, turmeric and a little meatless "chicken" stock. I can eat it alone or top it with steamed dumplings, fish, or fried raisins.
Truly,
H
