God is not wicked, and the creation of earth says it all when he was creating the things of the earth and the earth itself, in the book of Genesis Chapter 1, it was made know that the satisfaction of God is the Good Things that He Does. That is why he said;

That was why he said in Chapter 1 vs. 3 that; Let there be light: and there was light. ( and in Verses 4; God saw the light that it was good: and he separated light from darkness.

Throughout the creation of all God creatures and creation, It was all that was good that God gets happiness from, If you take time to study the First Book of the Word of God very well, you will realize that the goodness of God comes from is happiness from each creation.

However, at a point in time, God was heartbroken.

Damn! Oh Ye Man!

After the Lord created man in his Image, the only thing that our forefather and mother could repay his goodness and kindness was to sin against him. God provided all things for the benefit of Mankind and something else for a test, funny enough, without considering the millions of things that the Lord has given on to the whole world, Adam and Eve failed in just only one thing.

Adam and Eve were instructed in Genesis Chapter 3 Vs. 3 that they should not eat from the tree of Life, but the serpent came through Eve and deceived them to eat from the tree, and what happened, the man brought failure to the goodness of God, yet the lord was good as he is still kind to everyone on earth today.

Why Did Man Fail?

A man failed out of abundance, Hive account@immortal-tongue said towards the ending in this post and I quote " Independence is the "treasure" you should never give out to anyone." And honestly, when you look at the behaviors of human, we tend to misbehave when we have the independence of things that we need. I will explain with an illustration in the next point. Take heed!

Do you wonder what would have happened if Man was not giving all those things that he needed and he can only get whatever he needs by asking God directly? I am sure he would be careful to ask what that he genuinely need, and if he is always dependent, the giver will not even grant him the thing that he doesn't really need if he asks for it ( Unless there is a reason; maybe the giver really want him to learn from something ).

Now, to make my word more clear, let us come to real life relationship of what we are talking about; some countries started having the problem that they never really had when they never had there independent, Nigeria as a case study started having a problem when they received there independent.

Looking at the history of Nigeria, Things were far better, when they were under the British colony, but immediately after they fought for independence, they are independent in poverty, the only thing that they strive for is ( Puzzle ).

Bottom Line

Independence is the "treasure" you should never give out to anyone

The world won't be what it was meant to be if there is nothing like Dependency, even in calculus, X is dependent on Y in dy/dx.

Advice

Remember that there is God, know that independence is a Manufactured word from Dependence. In life, we are always created to be dependent on a factor and is wish to grant us desire, freedom follows.
