This is the act that is allowing governments to kidnap your kids. Every parent should know what this law says and what is the legal requirements for the state in order to take your kids away from you.
The Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA) is the federal law on which almost all state and local legislation and funding for child protective services are based. Enacted in 1988, CAPTA directs the U.S. Health and Human Services' Administration for Children & Families to provide grants to communities for child abuse prevention programs.
Here in South Africa, we have legal services that you subscribe to for a small amount each month for when you need legal services. As it seems that the CPS target people that is not always in the position to hire the best attorneys to defend them. So if you have something similar in your country I would advise you to get that.

I believe these people very well know that they are cutting corners and you should do anything in your power to throw them off balance when they come to your door.

After a quick reflection, this family did some research online. This is why the freedom of information on the internet is so important. The CPS caseworker did not tell the parents what the allegations were, but stated the following: 1. I NEED to come to your house and speak with you. 2. Make sure your other child is present because I would need to ask some questions.
The mother told the caseworker, (who made it seem like she wanted to inspect the home) that they would take advantage of their constitutional rights, and that nobody had the right to enter their home without a warrant. She also informed the CPS caseworker that they will speak to their attorney first. The CPS caseworker agreed.
After stating that they would need something in writing regarding the allegations, the caseworker declined.
When the people no longer read or understand their Constitution, then they will live in a POLICE STATE” —Robert Wangrud.
