This terrible issue of Child Kidnapping by CPS (CHILD PROTECTING SERVICES) only come to my attention since I have been on steemit. While reading more about it, I think there is a flicker of hope. We must just go on and create more awareness, every day more people will come to know about their horrific practices.
More people will speak up, more people are winning court cases, more organisations are trying to get the laws changed.

When dealing with children, parents should know that there are certain things that your child expect from you and is their right to receive from you.

It became, even more, also my fight after reading, that they try to break up marriages.
As everyone that knows me, know I am passionate about Love and marriage. It is in the best interest of a child for parents to stay together.

If they think one parent is not "fit" or have medical problems etc. they would try and convince the wife or husband to leave that spouse. A visit from the CPS to the house of 
Statistics said that within 5 years of the death of a child parents get divorced. So having your kids kidnapped will amount to the same stress and mourning the loss of your children as when a child dies. So this could also break up marriages.

Shortly before Mother’s Day 3 years ago, on April 26, 2015, the Department for Children and Families (DCF) in Kansas seized 5 children from Raymond and Amelia Schwab over false allegations.
Now, just before Mother’s Day 2018 – 3 years later – their nightmare is officially over. The children are home and the case against them is finally closed.
The Schwab children should not have been taken, as is clear from the original allegations were found to be “unsubstantiated” less than 3 months after they were taken.
The children were taken in Kansas while their parents were packing up to move back to their home state of Colorado. The Schwab parents thought that things would be cleared up quickly, so they continued their move as they worked to get their children back.
The children were kept in Kansas DCF custody after this because their father, a Navy veteran suffering from PTSD, used medical cannabis to treat his PTSD in Colorado, a state where it was legal.
At least this a victory but with a twist for all parents that do get their children back
Now you have your children back but they are 3 years older, probably they have been abused mentally, sexually or physically and they are not the same kids anymore. So after you think your ordeal is over, you have new issues with your kids that is now been broken by the system. Differences about the raising of kids is another big reason why couples fight. So they can even get divorced after they got the kids back.
Make people aware that CPS is not your friend.

Inform your children
You should tell your children about CPS. They should know what will happen to them if they make up stories about your household and what is happening in there. It came back to communication with kids that I also wrote about this week. When you are disciplining your child, sit down with him or her, explain what you are going to do and why. Explain why what they are doing or what they did were wrong.
We don't always know why kids do the things they do. You should inform your kids that they should really only complain at school if there was real abuse in the home. You will have to give age-appropriate information to your kids about abuse. They should know what is abuse. I don't want you to scare the kids, but this is a "real danger" and they should know it. This has the potential to destroy their whole life.
When children are removed from their homes, the results can be devastating. They are statistically in much more danger in foster or adoptive care than they are in their own homes, even if their home was a troubled home.
Chances are that they should never have been removed from their homes. If there was actually abuse or harm involved, the majority of children have relatives or another family they already know who love them and are willing to care for them. Yet most are placed with strangers. That is where the money is for states, thanks to the Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997.
Children are, at least, six times more likely to be molested, raped, abused, or killed in foster care than they are in their own homes.
Richard Wexler of the National Coalition for Child Protection Reform reports that there is an 80% failure rate of foster care.

Inform your family and friends.
CPS is an issue that you should talk about with your family and friends. Invite your friends and family to speak to you if they think there are issues that you need to address about your children. Discuss this with family and friends before any issues with the CPS comes up. Yes, I know, nobody really wants anyone meddling in your private affairs but it now has become a matter of life and death literally for your children and you. Rather your friends and family than the CPS!!! Lots of children die in foster care, children commit suicide, some parents and grandparents commit suicide after children have been taken away. There is enough material on the internet, we have lots of real-life stories here on steemit. Spread the word, let it be known what happens when CPS gets involved. Family should stand together. They should rather try and help if they see there is a maybe not so healthy situation in a household.
Talk about this in church.
Let this issue be known in your church and in small groups. This is also an attack from Satan on families. He know that when he destroys families, he destroys individual's lifes and he is destroying society. No wonder this evil of physical, mental, and sexual abuse, child trafficking, and child pornography is so rampant in our society today. Satan is on the loose and it is our duty to fight for what is right and defy his evil plans. If you are an active member of your church, there is lots than can be done here. Start support groups for families that are really experiencing troubles at home. Support these people from church. Let the Church be a safe place for parents and children. Let's pray every day that family and Christian values will be upheld.
Talk about it in your neighbourhood.
I come to understand that this is an extremely difficult situation for parents, as the CPS would try to silence you and they might come after you and your kids. I even see some accusations of people getting murdered.

In the old days, your neighbours were your friends. What are becoming of our society with our "individualism"? Everyone for himself and doesn't care about the rest. Befriend your neighbours again like in the old days. Be involved with each other. Talk to your neighbours about the CPS. Every person on this earth should be aware what will be the consequences if they get the CPS involved in somebody's life. Try to get people involved in the cause that don't have anything to loose. People with grown up kids, parents and grandparents. Let they speak up in the community. Organise rallies and support them or if you come to know about a rally spread the word and support them and join them!

Tyler was not taken by DCF because he was already 18 by the time his siblings were taken. He spoke out many times on behalf of his younger brothers and sister.
