LET THEM KNOW WHAT THEY MEAN TO YOU

Today I want to celebrate some special people in life. You know, someone once said it is good to tell people how special they are when they are alive and not when they are dead. Most times we end up saying so many nice things about people when they are dead and we start feeling regretful that we didn't let them know how special they are to us while they were alive. So I don't want to have such regrets so I'm taking this opportunity to acknowledge some amazing person in my life.

You know, there is this feeling you get when you have people that are so supportive of you no matter what you choose to do with yourself, all they do is make sure to guide you so you don't make some wrong choices and for me one of those persons is my BD Hive account@tengolotodo. How I got so close with someone I've never met in real life is something that is still unbelievable. Tengs is a friend, a partner and now my big daddy. He's one person that knows how to get me smiling even without me knowing it.

Getting to have such a wonderful person in my life is something that I know I'd forever be grateful for. I know there are a lot of people here that he's also so sweet to and even though I sometimes feel jealous, I just remind myself that all that just proves how much of a sweetheart my BD is. So if you know you are one of those people dragging my BD with me, do feel free to come say some nice things about him so others would know I'm not bluffing, hehe.

There is this special lady that has always been so admirable Hive account@nkemakonam89, I actually call her my amiable ambassador and that's because she is indeed an ambassador. She is one person that I've always admired since when I got to know her. She's strong, resilient, humble and also she is so considerate of others. I remember when we were both made team leaders for the newbies initiative initiated by Starstrings, there were days when I had struggles with some things and she was always ready to give an helping hand.

And talking about the newbies initiative, the other person I want to introduce you all to is my amiable mentor Hive account@starstrings01. This is one person that I admire so much on the hive blockchain and at first it was because of the fact that he was in the business of supporting newbies but then when I got to know him a little more, I got to find out that he is just a nice person in and out. He is just so helpful and at some point, I thought asking him for anything would be a waste of time but then I was wrong.

He is someone that I'd always be proud and happy I got to know on this blockchain. He made my first year on the blockchain a memorable one for me and not just for me but for so many others as well and this is me just being grateful and telling him how much he has contributed to my life.

And finally, I want to say a big shout out to the best sister in the whole wide world! Hive account@merit.ahama. Actually she is more than just my sister, she is my best friend too, hehe. She's beautiful, loving, kind, thoughtful, caring and more. She's a source of motivation and inspiration to me in so many ways. The way she does her things is something that impresses me all the time. I remember then when she had to go to the university leaving me and my little brother with my dad, it was a very sad day because I actually felt so down.

She just has a way of making us look so lively at home so when she's not there it feels like everything stops working somehow. Her presence alone changes the atmosphere, I think that's her gift because she can't be in a place and the place will be boring. I want her to know that even though sometimes she thinks she doesn't have any talent, that's not true because it's not easy to make people happy with just your presence but that's what her presence does.

I'd end it here for now and hope to continue some other time because I have a lot of people in my life that I really want to appreciate and most especially let them know how much they mean to me. So keep expecting these kind of posts from me once in a while and if your name is not here, don't worry, it's definitely going to be on it one day, hehe.
