We were on our way home from northern Michigan to North Carolina, driving along the Lake Huron lakeshore early one frigid single-degree morning after last Christmas. We noticed a line of clouds over the lake that looked kind of like a distant mountain range as the sun was rising behind them. We found a small marina in Oscoda just in time to catch the sunrise with some very cool lakeshore ice formations! I was really pleased with how they came out. Enjoy!
