Thank you Natural medicine Community, I will try to share about the Ciplukan plant as a Natural medicine.
Ciplukan fruit plant (physalis angulata), beneficial for health, Ciplukan plants are wild plant that grow anywhere, such as in forest,garden, yards. Ciplukan plant although the are wild plant but many cultivate the ciplukan plant.
This fruit in each area has different name such as the name "Cecendet" from the Sundanese language. I tried to grow fruit there are not many ciplukan behind the house.
There are only two pots deliberately plant with ciplukan fruit, this plant and has been fruitful several times. This plant is planted using seeds,then maintained and fartilized.
This plant requures continuous sunlight, this plant is about 1 meter high, with several branches. With oval leaves. This ciplukan fruit is unique like a bell.
This fruit tastes sweet, slightly sour,and can be eaten directly, and this fruit is much liked by children because it tastes sweet and slightly.

Ciplukan fruit content vitamin C, citric acid,fisalin,sugar,water,iron,phosphorug,and some minerals.
On of the benefits of consuming ciplukan fruit is for immunity,the content of vitamin C work as an antioxidant that protects the body from free radical damage, while maintaining the immune system.
Not only ciplukan fruit is useful, but also leaves,stems,root,contain saponianh,and flavonoids,one of which is useful for lowering blood sugar.
I tried the leaves and stems to dry for a while in the sun to wither, then leaves and stems were boiled, then dried, pour into filltered glass.
