Greetings, this time I will try to make Klepon cake will pumkin, Klepon or kelepon is a traditional Indonesia cake that has been around for hundreds of years.
Klepon cake is usually made with glutinous rice flour but this time I made Klepon with Pumkin, and mixed with glutinous rice flour.
Make a Klepon cake with the following ingredient,
- 300 grams of pumkin
- 150 grams of glutinous rice flour
- 50 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon salt - 50 grams of brown sugar
- 50 grams of young coconut.
Step to make it,
Step 1, peel the pumkin, clean and than steam until cooked, than puree the pumkin.
Step 2, mix the pumkin with glutinous rice flour,add salt,sugar mix well so that it be comes a dough.
Step 3, take a spoon of dough,flatten it in the middle,add brown sugar,that they cut into small pieces.
Step 4, the dough that has been put in brown sugar and round shape, put the dough in boiling water in the pan and wait it to cook with the characteristics of the dough startil ti float .
Step 5, steam the coconut and add salt,after the coconut is cooked, set it side in.
Step 6, lift the cooked klepon and put it in the klepon place,then the klepon is sprinkked with coconut ir the klepon can be mixed with cocounut. The klepon cake is ready to eat.
