This time I will write about tourism in Mangrove forest, this lication in the Village of Kaliwingi, Brebes district Central Java.
Brebes are is a producer if Onions and also a salted Egg center that is well know in Indonesia,but behind agricultural products, Brebes is also famous for is Natural attraction, one of wich is the Mangrove forest.
The right place to preserve the invironment of mangrove plant. I come to the Mangrove forest in addition to meeting with friends who from the City of Cirebon,Brebes,Tegal,Pemalang,Purwokerto, and the surounding of area. also while enjoying tours in the Mangrove forest.
Meeting with friends is for friendship, haven't seen each other for a long time because it is hindered by the situation at this meeting to exhange ideas,joke and discust the future.
The location of the Pandansari Mangrove is about 13 kilometers from the North Coast Road, it is on the north coast the weather is quite hot,this Mangrove forest has a history starting from the destruction if Coastal land due to being hit by seawater.
Then the Community began to plant Mangrove trees a long the coast that happened inb1990, until now this area has become a tourist Village with Ecotourism.
Managed by the community in collaboration with the government, mangrove forest be sides being an Education,there is also on Economic sector, such as the Community can do business with the by product of the mangrove forest,such as the cultivation of types of water resource, fish,shrimp,crabs,and others.
There are also side effects with the Mangrove forest as a tourist spot, to see the Mangrove forest in the middle of the sea, visitors can see the name is Pulau pasir(sand island).
To where visitors can use a boat it taless about 10 minutes,after arriving at the Pulau pasir, in the pulau pasir we can enjoy the atmosphere like there is a bridge made of wood.
There are several stalls that provide sea food dishes,and a long the way in side the island is made of wood which is strong enough. There is also a viewing tower and many spot to take pictures.
Mangrove forest tourism facilities such as a large enough parking lot,toilet facilities,prayer rooms,and other supporting facilities.
Mangrove forest is a habitat for various types of animals and one of them is crabs as a natural habitat. Preserve the Mangrove forest. Thank you.
