Hello Steemit users. I'm using Steemit platform for a few weeks only. But I want to talk about positive and negative sides of Steemit. Hope somebody will read this post and change things to make Steemit platform better.
Positive sides:
- Revenue sharing: There's not many platforms who share revenue when it comes to social media. And thanks to Steemit, users can earn few bucks after they wrote.
- Lots of topics: There are lots of topics on Steemit, so people are free to talk about them.
- Tag system: There is tag system on Steemit and it's really good for beginners like me. After I wrote something, I'm just looking at tag list, and choosing best ones that will fit to my post.
- Steemit is really big platform: There are literally everything on Steemit platform. From voice chat to video sharing and so much more. And I think Steemit is ready to grow fast.
Probably I forget lots of things on positive sides list because I mostly focused on negative sides to improve this platform. If you want to add something to this list, feel free to write them down below.
Now we came to negative sides of Steemit:
- There are lots of posts on Steemit every second and most of them are so useless. I don't know how can Steemit solve this issue, but this issue is really important. Because of this, it's really difficult to get discovered by whales even you write good quality posts.
- There are lots of posts about cryptocurrency. It's really annoying if you're new to cryptocurrency. If Steemit is for everybody, people should write more about life and other things instead of computers and cryptocurrencies.
- There should be more discovering teams and less bots on platform.
- People are spam commenting and I think Steemit should ban them, because it's really disturbing when you see somebody commented on your post like "Wow, such a great post" and you look at his history and see 10 same comments to other people without thinking time.
I will leave this post here and wait for your comments. I will try to reply as many comments as I can if you're sincere about your thoughts.
See you on comments section or on my next post.
