- Put your drinks down as it effects both sperm quality and libido.But effects can be reversed when you stop drinking.
-Exercise. A 2017 study found that doing at least 50 minutes of moderate exercise,thrice a week for 16 weeks increased sperm volume and concentration in 45 sedentary.
-keep phone out of your pocket
-get atleast seven hour of shut -eye and quit smoking
