Let me ask you something. What is it about our job that makes you happy? As people are different I guess the answer differs too. If you’d ask a child carer, the answer was probably a happy child. For an emergency surgeons another saved life and the garbage collectors a tidy neighbourhood. In the end the same think makes all of us happy, it’s the moment we achieved something, the moment when we see the results for hard work! Success, that’s what’s pushing us further and further. What comes with success? Exactly, Happiness! And who doesn't want to be happy? Personally, I get very happy when a job is done and I’m standing in front of it, knowing what my colleagues and I have created! I like to compare the pictures from the start and the end, when the job’s done! I’ll show you today a finished construction site and the picture how it looked month’s before we were done! We built up a petrol station + coffeeshop.
