Around 7 p.m. this evening, I went out for a walk to unwind after a long day. The sky was slowly turning dark, and the evening breeze felt cool and refreshing.
I walked through the neighborhood park, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the sound of birds settling in for the night. There were a few families and joggers around, but it wasn’t crowded.
After walking for about 40 minutes, I passed by a small food stall I like and decided to tapao (take away) some dinner. I grabbed a warm packet of fried rice and headed home.
It felt nice to get some fresh air and stretch my legs while also settling dinner at the same time. Evening walks like this are simple, but they really help me relax and reset. I think I’ll make it a regular habit.
