Today was another busy day at the office. I spent most of the time walking around—sometimes stopping here and there, especially when I sneaked into the pantry to take a short break.
I realized that I walk an average of 7,000 steps every day, and all of it is tracked by my iPhone. Since my phone is always on me, it captures every single step I take throughout the day.
It’s actually pretty amazing how accurate the iPhone is when it comes to step tracking. I don’t even need a smartwatch or fitness band—just my phone in my pocket is enough. As long as I carry it with me when I’m on the move, I know my daily steps are being recorded without any hassle. It’s a small thing, but it keeps me a bit more aware of how active I am each day.
