The more you spend your day on the internet the more you're feeding your braincells and rewiring everything.
People would respond and talk to you the same way they do on the internet, the brainrot in real life isn't meme, it's what they've taught their brain and that's how it responds to situation in real life.
It takes one click to be part of this attention economy
Usually I don't spend much time on the internet since I've been busy with the work but I chronically stay online the moment I make one click
That is when I know I've become the part of this attention driven economy once again and it's not even lies anymore.
Like from one click I meant clicking on one "post now" and the clicks that follows back puts your brain in that place where you're supposed to spend more and more time on the internet just one like, one comment and you're going to be posting nonstop.
Perhaps that's how brain works when it is getting rewarded you act to it more like you're doing it for the fun.
Be the one who observes
On internet, don't be the one to just consume everything that is being posted by people. I'd rather stay on the side where I'm observing what people are liking, what people are paying attention
So I could make investment choices, I can adapt and learn new things.
If you're not paying attention than you'll be left behind, a lot behind than everyone else who paid attention.
Observe the patterns, observe the cringe, observe the attention seekers and everything that goes, stays ahead of others and know what you want to involve yourself with.
It gives you a better view of the world and what else is better than having a diverse perspective on current world?
Staying ahead in attention economy
when you're consuming, you're also suppose to make content and that's how you stay ahead in this race.
Speak for yourself, to people and build yourself an audience, a network that discuss things and is part of the society.
You could've made a living out of social media if only you were paying attention and posted those dance and cringe stuff on tiktok back in COVID, could've became a youtuber if you had paid more attention there? But now every platform is monetised and you can just choose to post and make something out of it but don't feed yourself a lot of delusions
About making a living through internet money because that won't work forever and over the time it change.
Wonder what's your thoughts and how you're surviving, do share your thoughts in the comments.
that's all folks.
