Looking Back Fondly

We are now in the fifth month of the year. The photo above was taken in January, and looking at it gives me nostalgia. Oh, how quickly the months went by! And how fast the years passed. I just realized that this is my fifth year on this blockchain, and so I sit here in silence, looking back with fondness. I'm thankful to have found a space where I can ramble about anything, and learn and grow as well.

My Hive birthday is actually on the 20th of last month (April), but somehow, it slipped through my mind. Didn't see the recognition from Hivebuzz either, probably because it's automatically hidden in the comment section on the Ecency frontend. But yeah, I am truly grateful to be here, still rambling, learning, and well, slowly growing (even physically, which is inevitable since I love to eat😁).

Joke aside, thank you, Hive, and everyone who has made my journey and continues to make my stay more interesting and memorable. Salute!💗

Anyhow, five months ago, I defined two modest goals for me to work on here on-chain. Joining the Slothly Savers Club, I indicated my aim to have 200 HBD in Savings and 500 Liquid HIVE at the end of the year. Even created a dedicated account for this to avoid confusions. Somewhere along the way, an adjustment was made because the HBD reward was halted. So we set 1000 liquid HIVE as the main target instead.

Fast forward to today (week 18th), and the numbers have grown.

Yep, the journey goes on. We shall continue rambling, learning, and adding to this without pressure😊 And because some of this year's *investment* decisions had impacted the account HP, we will carry on growing it back organically.
