Bright. Warm. Gorgeous Mother's Day.
We went to the other town for the morning mass. When the service was over, we picked up the power tools at Papa's place. He wasn't around, so we didn't stay long. While driving away, the hubby said he was hungry. It was expected since we didn't have breakfast before leaving home.
Okay, we gotta eat then. And with limited options on a weekend when most establishments are closed, we headed to the Corner Resto, the same place where we had brunch some weeks ago.
Just after we settled at our table, these images showed up, from where I was seated, that is. The artificial decorations and lighting on the ceiling reflected on the glass tabletop.
And being a hunter, there was no thinking about whether I would photograph them. It's automatic. Like the brain has been programmed to give the command, and the body acts on it without any question. Click! Click!
And a few more. Mostly on the table, and some faint shadows and reflections on the floor.
There were more around, but we were not the only people. Anyway, our food came. A cup of special halo-halo (Stick-o was missing, maybe they ran out of it, or maybe they forgot to put one). A plate of Lechon rice for me. It was an intentional choice, so my Yongi would eat too. He loves beans! The hubby went for the love of his taste buds, Sisig (no photo taken).
But yeah, still managed to capture the reflections of light bulbs and such in the table's surface.
And let me end this little hunt with a photo of my boy, having a heart-to-heart conversation with me. He was saying "Happy Mother's Day," lol!😅
Thank you and here's to a wonderful Mother's Day to all Mamas out there!🍻🥂 You are all amazing. Salute!💗
