Another person's gain can be another person's loss it always vice versa what is lost from a person comes with pain and being found by another person comes with great joy.
When money is lost it is hard to trace it back to its owner.
Some things can be lost and traced back to its owner, properties like phone but not money it has no tracker or some pictures of the owner, tracing it back to its owner might be a huge task and handling to the authority does not guarantee going back to it owner.
The best part about finding such a thing is making wise use of it let the loss be a blessing in disguise to the needy.
If I get to see 250$ in cash on the sidewalk handling the authority does not guarantee a wise move towards the money and leaving it does not also mean the money would be used wisely if found by another person.
The best action I feel can be of great help in picking the money up is by giving it out to those in need around the environment found.
There is a feeling of fulfillment that comes with putting a smile on others' faces and a greater one that comes when you put a smile on those in need face you will see how grateful they are from their smile.
Whichever situation we find ourselves we should always be grateful they are people who do not have the privilege we get to have all because of some physical challenges.
I don't like seeing people having challenges sometimes I pray that everybody gets to live a life he or she imagined that one part of me that I love. if everybody gets to live the life he or she imagines then life becomes easy for everybody because everybody will always wish for a life without suffering and ease.
There are some basic life principles like the giving hands never lack, let what you have to be contended with you
and enjoy on what you've earned and not on other people's sweat.
If everybody can live by these principles life becomes better and so because I don't want to enjoy another person's sweat I put a smile on the needy face by sharing the money among those in need in the surrounding I found the money as there's no guaranty of the owner getting it back it a way I feel the lost money can be of great help as it brings a smile to those in need and one way or the other help provide for them
The money would definitely go a long way in helping the needy than a lavish spend.
