Instead of going to the gym today,
I decided to do some calisthenics over at my local park.
Calisthenics are exercises that are based on movements, usually using your own body weight.
Moves such as push-ups, pull-ups, handstands, flagpoles, dips, etc.
The aim of calisthenics is to increase overall strength, fitness, and mobility.
Gym strength and calisthenic strength are VASTLY different.
But, both are very beneficial for you.
My calisthenic regime today consisted of:
Hope you enjoyed. Feel free to ask any questions :)5 sets of Pull-ups (8-10 reps)
5 sets of Chin-ups (8-10 reps)
5 sets of Dips (8-10 reps)
180 Push-ups (50 inclined, 50 declined, 50 flat, 30 diamond)
3 Mile bike ride
