Greetings, Steemians! Today I bring you a very simple recipe whose name might sound weird, but it's so delicious you'll let the it go at the first bite. Considered by some as a variation of the Sloppy Joe, the Hot Hole (Buraco Quente) may have a very suggestive name, but trust me: despite the sound of it, it's totally worth the labour.
Fun Fact: there's a drug selling point with the same name in one of the most known favelas in Rio de Janeiro, Morro da Mangueira.

For this recipe you'll just need a handful of ingredients, all of them can be found in your nearby butcher or grocery. Here's what you need:
Ingredients
- 3 Baguettes
- One pound of minced meat of your choice (the softer the meat, the better)
- A bunch of seedless olives at your taste
- One can of tomato sauce
- Half a pimento
- Half an onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Sliced cheese at your taste
How to
Filling
- Chop the garlic cloves, the pimento and the onion
- Mix in with the tomato sauce and add some salt
- Boil the minced meat until it browns up
- Drain the water from the minced meat
- Put everything together in a pan
- Stir the mix for about for about five in mild fire or until it starts boiling a little

- Remove the insides of the bread
- Add the cheese at your liking
- Add the filling with a spoon to the bread
