Concept - tweitzender - Cyber politzei censorship unit ( 2nd or 3nd stage boss )

This final stage boss and his level are of course inspired from the twitter logo.

Here are some of his attacks, some aren't included, especially his "shovel ban" attacks, and un-checked(unverified) slowling down effects ^^
