Hello steem nation,
I am brand new to this and still figuring out what to post about. Currently i am at the gym on Thursday morning
Not the most fun after taking over a year off from working out consistently, with my diet out the window as well.
My wife just gave birth to our beautiful baby girl. Only problem is i put on all the baby weight. Gained almost 60 pounds!!!
So i have come to a point where enough is enough and I am going to loose that 60 lbs.
I know how hard it is to break bad Habbits and get out of shitty routines. So that's why i figured if i post this online it can keep me accountable and maybe some other people wanna join in om the adventure. I'll post every now and then on the progress.
That's enough for one day!
