Chocolat Mousse Browni
List of ingredients:
For browni:
150 g of sugar
150 g flour
100 g butter
50 g of hazelnut or walnut oil
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
2 eggs
200 g dark pastry chocolate
1 pinch of bicarbonate
and 1 pinch of salt
For chocolate mousse:
200 g of dark pastry chocolate
40 g of sweet butter
Egg white (s): 6 pieces (s)
20 g of powder sugar
Recipe steps :
For browni
Cut the chocolate into pieces, put it in a large microwave bowl with the butter cuted into pieces. Melt them for 1minute 30 sdc, smooth with a whisk and add the oil.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, vanilla until you get a sparkling mixture, then add the chocolate mixture.
After that add the bicarbonate, salt and flour. Mix them all.
Pour it then into a square or round (about 20cm) buttered pan and sprinkle with a little nuts
Bake for 25 minutes in preheated oven at 180 ° C.
For chocolate mousse:
Melt chocolate with butter in a bain-marie or microwave oven.
Meanwhile, beat the egg white and add the sugar. Mix chocolate and butter. put the chocolate with some of the egg white and whisk. In this first step, the aim is rather to relax the chocolate than to give volume.
Pour the chocolate on the rest of the egg white. Stop mixing whenever the egg white are well incorporated into the chocolate. put the chocolate mousse in a container and let it cool for at least 1 hour.
