To be honest, I was planning to lessen my posting to just updates, the plan went out of the window the moment I opened our #WOH group chat in Facebook this morning. Reigning myself to post, it helped that I had an errand early.
For all of you guys to be aware on how Marlon aka and us of WOH work, although we are not with Marlon physically, all his escapades and images he sends to us on our chat. As this project entails promotions and fundraising, any member can use these to post. As this collaboration is with Steemit Philippines, our hub
and its' members have been joining Marlon when they can, namely:
' lead
and Bacolod representative
. For now, this Music & Arts Project is very busy in Bayawan City, Negros Oriental.
Learning still life Day 5
So, with eyes still refusing to fully waken this morning, and
were gossiping about the images that Marlon sent us in group chat. Wondering what they were so excited about were these awesome photos. Believe me, we got loads day after day.
What to do when in need of subjects?
First...climb a tree.
Looks easy? A british friend attempted to climb it once and failed, he is a rock climbing instructor. NO chalk, gears, ropes and climbing shoes.
Dare?
Locals chip a bit of the trunk for the feet to get leverage. What's hard is to hold on the trunk climbing up on bare hands. Unlike rock climbing, as u can see there's no rope to pull oneself up from the ground. That's too posh and not needed. When reaching the top, normally, fruits got kicked out from their branches. Are they even called branches?
Today in action.
I stare in wonder with what these kids have come up today and I can see how proud Marlon is on seeing their works. Please join us with anticipation on what awesome stuff can they come up with for the rest of this workshop. Am not sure if Marlon have done this before, but he looks like a PRO!
Senpai Marlon! Petmalu lodi!
See for yourselves.
In lieu of Steemit Philippines' mission to PROMOTE THE PLATFORM THROUGH IT's CHARITY INITIATIVES, this Tour is to bring Music & Arts to the underprivileged Filipinos in Visayas and Mindanao. , together with Tatay Dagsa and other creatives will bring this to fruition, funded by STEEM and as a dollar goes a long way in the Philippines, our/your SBDs/STEEMs have made this happen.
This post' payouts will be used to buy art materials and snacks for the kids as there's more 11 sessions left for this workshop. We at and
Family want to thank everyone for your support.
