Most of the people will rely on caffeine and their half-ass broken will after 4 hours of sleep to get them through the day.
^That's lame and it deprives you of your creativity, you want to be fired up after 4 hours of sleep only you can't imagine it.
GET MOVING. On days like this I focus on a full body circuit to get my blood going.
