Hi, guys!
Yesterday, I discovered that a new gym opened nearby, complete with aerial gymnastics mats. It's a great opportunity for me to avoid traveling far away for such training and instead enjoy it close to home, so I'm planning to attend a trial class soon, maybe even tomorrow. I hope the trainer is helpful and I'll start. I want to try it soon, because I don't know how long it will be before the group classes run out.
I hope I have at least some muscle left after that incredibly long break from exercise, but I need to get back into shape, and starting tomorrow will only benefit me. So I'll try to be at the class tomorrow. Of course, it's not what I had planned, but why not give it a try?
So, I'll probably write to the administrator right now and attend a trial class tomorrow. There's also jumping, which I've never done before, but I think it should be something really helpful for weight loss, so we'll add it to the list of activities, and then I'll decide whether I like it or not.
Of course, I'll have to go back to stretching at home and walking the dogs, but I think I should be able to do it all together. And somehow, little by little, I'll get the hang of it. So we'll see how it all turns out.
