HABITS
The way of life inescapable it should not be an excuse, the hectic schedule is mom's routine, habits of wrong food habits to avoid at work time which turn into lower the metabolic activities much needed to meet the daily deadlines
No need to be overeating: as long as self don't skip meals or eat poorly. Need to keep lunch as simple with rotti/dal, sabzi or fish/chicken. Need to avoid too much of Spices Or gravy's, while eaten from the cafeteria. need to try to end up meal with curd and fruits, until self feel satiated.
Self days are packed with ourselves schedules and lunch meetings, sometimes self ate an one square meal that will not make self feel guilty, especially when self know that self haven't eaten right meal, but most of the time, do we have an choice,
that the fact is we have know.
Irregular Meals:
Continuously being irregular about eating habits, confusing the body about the next meal of the day, as a result body tends to slow downs it's metabolic activities that further leads to food getting stored in body as an fat. as far as possible, stick self meal timings and need to avoid skipping meals, it's not so important that self meeting scheduled of the day.
Cheat Foods:
Cheat foods these items that definitely help us in filling our tummies, but it does not provide self with any of the nutrition, except the loads of empty calories, so the next time when self get sip of cola or bite of an pizza or burger, that we are cheating with our tummy with the wrong type of food that our selves eat.
Heavy Dinner:
Since in our work hours are becoming longer. when our selves heavy meal at late night, it can not helped, especially when it's only meal we get to eat with our families, but if wise choices are made then the late night dinners can be made healthy, dinner should be light at late night always: like- rotti, sabji, dal, salads or optional fish/chicken.
To keep in remember that with an hours that self put in work, need to eat self meals well.
