The intellectual human being is deceived when he thinks that by possessing one or several academic degrees he does it per se, an intelligent person. In fact, we consider that there is no intelligent person who possesses besides his intellectual side, a generous and open mind to a supra-rational world where thoughts guided by sensory and extrasensory perception explore all the possibilities in the pursuit of mental development.
The ego of the intellectual limits it, science being fundamental in the development of the human being generates however that tare of that ego that makes him believe that every fact or phenomenon must be logical, objective and observable. While the above is reasonable, reality tells us that this type of rigorous thought subject to methods are not enough to understand phenomena related to the soul, the spirit and the faith that all life has been present in the history of the humanity.
The intellectual without faith, usually leads his thought into atheism or agnosticism as an easy way to follow his linear thinking along familiar paths. Unable to explore mysterious routes, he often renounces his faith and willpower, so much so that it is often enough for him to be told by science that it is time for death and he accepts it without a fight.
True intelligence is a prize of faith, that is a gift from God, it can not be intelligent as it was said who does not have an open mind to all possibilities and also who does not know what values such as kindness, charity, justice, empathy.
Ignore the existence of a suprarational world, condemns the intellectual without faith to live limited without inner knowledge and the riches of the soul. There is no place then for the higher mind when it is accepted to have such limits.
