
A cold night, the weather seemed to want to rain, it will taste delicious when accompanied by a glass of hot tea and snacks are still hot. I opened the fridge and saw some pieces of raw tempeh in it. I have an interesting idea, but with a simple job, I take tempeh in the fridge and I will make the snack.
You can follow these easy steps, please try. Provide the ingredients below:
One piece of tempeh
250gr rice flour
4 tablespoons tapioca flour
2 strands of scallion
4 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Enough water

How to make:
Cut the tempeh into 4 pieces, then cut out tempeh into a thin layer, then puree the garlic, mix the tapioca flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, and chopped green onions into a bowl rather flat, pour a little water and salt.

Stir everything thoroughly. See the appropriate image above.

Now grab slices of tempeh before, and enter one by one into the flour mixture stirred earlier, make sure that not too much water in it, because it will not cohere all marinade.

The final step is, heat the cooking oil to taste, wait until really hot, and then reduce the heat, a little, take tempeh you already wet with seasoning before, and then enter one by one into the hot oil, wait until yellow and ripe. Repeat for all the pieces of tempeh earlier.
