Tonight's Super Blue Full Moon photographed from Sussex in Southern England with a Nikon P510. We couldnt see the eclipse in England but I did get some super-photos. The good thing about the P510 is its super-zoom. This was still a very lucky shot. I waited for three hours in the cold (3.5 C !!) and this was the only plane that crossed in front of the moon. I had the camera set on up a tripod, taking close ups, and I saw the plane approaching but didn't have time to set up, so I took the shot by hand. There was quite a lot of motion blur in the original image and I cleaned it up with some added contrast in Photoshop.
Settings : f8.3, 1/200sec, ISO200 @2000mm (equivalent)
