Enfócate en lo bueno.
Hace poco un amigo me dijo que había aprendido a enfocarse en lo bueno y a luchar por eso en lugar de combatir lo que considera que esta fuera de su control. En cierta manera quejarse, molestarse por situaciones que escapan a nosotros son solo un desgaste de energía física y también emocional. Por eso me gusta la idea de mi amigo, de enfocarse en lo bueno. Es un pensamiento que tiene una sabiduría implícita, enfocarme en lo bueno me ayuda a estar en paz para realizar las tareas que debo hacer, encontrar otras nuevas y avanzar en un camino diferente que me permite crecer y avanzar en varios sentidos.
Focus on the good stuff.
A friend of mine recently told me that he had learned to focus on the good and fight for it instead of fighting what he thought was out of his control. In a way complaining, being bothered by situations that escape us is just a waste of physical and emotional energy. That's why I like my friend's idea of focusing on the good stuff. It is a thought that has an implicit wisdom, focusing on what is good helps me to be at peace to perform the tasks I have to do, to find new ones and to advance in a different way that allows me to grow and advance in various ways.
