"I’ve lost maybe 7 BTC in the past six months due to poor (and not free at all) premium groups and their signals which drives me crazy." - From a friend I met on Telegram through a premium group.
To those who want to " trade crypto" to beat the markets, pro tip: the majority of traders lose money.
There are very few people who can successfully beat the markets in the long term by trading (heck, even multi-billion dollar hedge funds don't even do this consistently so why do you think you can?)
For most people (myself included), buy and hold in a growing market is the best strategies to profits. By all means, use TA and other analysis to determine profitable entry points, or DCA (only with money you can afford to lose, a small % of your overall net worth).
Additionally to buy and hold being more profitable for most people, it's also much less stressful than trading. No worries about stops getting hit, staying up at all hours of the night to trade and no wanting to pull your hair out due to multiple losses in a row.
Ignore this advice at your own risk, if you think this doesn't apply to you and you want to give trading a go anyways, you're highly likely to end up wasting your time and losing your money. Just don't play with more than you can afford to lose.
This is not financial advice, just my own personal experience as well as what I've witnessed over the years from people who got into trading.
