I used the following to make this sandwich:
Bread:
Wheat flour
Water
Yeast
Salt
Black Olives
Garlic
Rosemary
Black pepper
Filler
Tinned sardines
Mayo
Lettuce
Salt and pepper
Today was another bread baking day and I had order for my garlic/olive/herb/honey bread. This was a total score for me as my foods supplies have been running low. All good though as I am off to the market tomorrow morning.
If I could only share the smell of this bread bread just coming out the oven. Honestly when it is like this, I can eat this on it's own, but does that make it a sandwich?
It does when I add sardines. I am glad I continuously buy tinned sardines, cause you never know when you will need it and today is one of them.
Just managed to salvage the last, I mean the last of the iceberg lettuce. Oh! I didn't remember having mayonnaise in the fridge!
WARNING! Exposed tinned sardines on a sandwich.....
It might not look pretty, but it really does the job and now I can head out. I have to deliver all that bread.
