Best hotdog ever! It is cooked into the bread with bacon, cheese, mustard and garlic. Hive account@homecook this is one that will have your daughter pestering you for the same.

I used the following to make this sandwich:

Bread:

• Wheat flour
• Water
• Yeast
• Salt

Filler:

• Hotdog
• Mantecoso cheese
• Bacon
• Garlic
• Oregano powder
• Mustard

Ok for those who don't know, I first made this hotdog bread for this contest. Then I put it on my local bread round and it has become a little bit popular. Today I made 9 of them! 

Stretch out your dough as such. Place some chopped garlic and then a rasher of bacon. Sprinkle on some oregano powder

Some broken up mantecoso cheese next. 

One squirted line of mustard. I wish I had whole grain mustard here. 

Hotdog.

Fold, pinch, turn over and place on your baking tray. Leave for 2 hours. 

Baked for 20 minutes and they smell so good.
