Ingredients
2 potatoes
Capsicum 1 medium size
Olives 10-12
Cheese as per taste
Oregano 1/4th teaspoon
Parsely 1/4th teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Soya sauce 1/4th teaspoon
Vinager 1/4th teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4th tsp
1 teaspoon ginger garlic sauce
Method
Cut the capsicum in julliean shape and olives in little round shape.
Add 1 teaspoon of oil in pan and stir capsicum in it for 1 minute.
Add soya sauce and garlic sauce in it.
Then add vinager. Wait until it is absorbed by the capsicum.
Add salt and pepper.
Remember don't overcook it.
Layer the fries first.
Add tomato sauce on it.
Add capsicum mixture on it.
You can also add any kind of cooked meat like tikka or tandoori chicken in slices if you want.
Now, add cheese and olives.
Sprinkle some parsely and oregano on it. Preheat the oven at 190 degree(electrical)
Bake it on 190 for 10 -12 minutes.
