I started my office last Friday. It has been extremely exciting and fun, except I have not had internet until today! I have been using a hotspot tethered to my laptop on a crappy cell phone connection. I have been able to make it work, but it has not been fun.
I tried to upload some videos today to edit into one video. It was going to take my computer an hour for each video! Comcast was not set to install service until this Thursday even though I signed up for my service last Monday. I have been calling and emailing everyday to get service started sooner. I was told over and over that Thursday was the soonest I could get things installed.
Today I got an email asking if they could come today from 4 to 6. I replied Yes! in about 3 seconds. Three vans arrived and I had internet! My four videos uploaded in about 10 seconds. Life is good.
