I have 150 podcast epsiodes I have completed. The podcasts are mostly about real estate and my business. I decided this month to stop doing the podcast. It was fairly popular and I met a lot of cool people on the show, but it was not fun for me. It was a pain scheduling people and having a something I had to do every week.
It was a tough desicion to stop, but the last three weeks have been amazing without having to do the podcast. I did not realize how many hours it took up scheduling people, recording, and posting the podcast. I have a lot going on with my flips, the blog, my new real estate office and my rentals. There are only so many things I can do. By eliminating one of the things that was the least enjoyable it made my life better.
I may start it up again at some point, but I have no idea when that will be. I will continue to write on the blog, and here, but no more podcasts.
